On Wednesday , 19th of November, Mrs. Mooney’s 2nd Class went on a trip to The Museum of Country Life in Turlough. They travelled by bus in the morning and were split into two groups when they got there. Both groups had a tour of the museum and attended a workshop on weaving. Each child even made their own bracelet! The class had some time to play on the grounds as well and did some active learning in the museum before they went home . In small groups they had to find answers to some questions by reading the displays around them. It was a great day!
