5th class have been studying the work of Irish artist Paul Henry. He spent ten years on Achill Island

and loved painting the West of Ireland.

We sketched and painted ‘The Watcher’. We think it shows a woman waiting anxiously for her husband’s

fishing boat to come in.

It was hard to do but we enjoyed it. We hope you like our work!
