Congratulations to all the Sixth Class pupils who graduated from St. Aidan’s N.S. this June.
This year due to Covid 19 restrictions it was a very different celebration .
On Thursday 18th June 2020 pupils and their parents, while adhering to social distancing guideline, assembled in the school yard.
Mr Butler, welcomed everybody. He praised the 6th Class pupils and commended them on how they had engaged with distant learning as result of the present pandemic. He wished them well as they leave St Aidan’s.
Some 6th Class pupils read some bidding prayers and a reflection
Following a blessing from Fr Michael, pupils were presented with special Graduation card and a St Aidan’s-Class of 2020 hoodie.
Mr Butler concluded with a poem Farewell to 6th Class 2020 written by Fiona SNA .
Pupils then released balloons representing all their wishes for the future. View here
