Alot of work has been done again this year with our school garden project. After Easter pupils in Senior Infants, Second and Sixth Classes sowed a variety of seeds in pots and trays. We were amazed at how fast these plants grew! Some of the 6th Class pupils dug the vegetable beds in preparation for planting out our seedlings.
By now all seedlings have been transplanted into the vegetable beds and we look forward to eating some of the produce in the coming months.
